1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for eligible products. The warranty covers:

Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, drops, accidents, or liquid exposure

Normal wear and tear

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance
Each product page may specify model-specific warranty notes.
2. Warranty Period

All eligible products purchased from KiipKiip.com come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase (invoice date), not the delivery date.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Proof of purchase (order number from KiipKiip.com)

Clear photos/videos showing the defect

A short explanation of the issue

Access to their order history by logging in to their KiipKiip account

Logging in is mandatory—guest checkout is not supported.

Warranty claims cannot be processed for purchases made outside KiipKiip.com or without an account.
4. Claim Process

Submit your claim through the Customer Support page.

KiipKiip will review the request within 3–5 business days.

If the claim is approved, the customer will receive instructions for:

Sending the product back (if required), or

Receiving a replacement unit

Replacement units may be new or refurbished with equal or better functionality.
5. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to KiipKiip (if a return is necessary).

KiipKiip covers the shipping cost of the replacement unit.
Note: KiipKiip does not ship nationwide. Warranty service is only available within our active service areas.
6. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty is void under the following conditions:

Product shows signs of physical or intentional damage

Product was used outside recommended guidelines

Product was lost, stolen, or sold to another party

Product purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
7. Limitation of Liability
KiipKiip is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of data or personal belongings

Damages caused by improper use
Our warranty responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (based on KiipKiip’s assessment).
